Inquiries and proposals
An inquiry starts a conversation. We review your needs and discuss feasibility, a proposed itinerary, services and pricing. Sending a form or reading a published itinerary does not reserve a guide, vehicle, ticket or company appointment.
Confirmation and payments
Before booking, we agree in writing on the service scope, inclusions, exclusions, price, payment requirements and change or cancellation terms. Only arrangements explicitly confirmed under those terms should be treated as booked. See the refund policy for how to raise a change or cancellation request.
Business visits
Company meetings and access depend on the host's confirmation. Introductions, interpretation and visit coordination do not guarantee a transaction, access to a particular executive or a commercial result. Any additional professional service must be agreed separately.
Your travel information
Provide accurate contact details, dates, group information and requirements that affect arrangements. You remain responsible for valid travel documents and compliance with entry rules. Official authorities and hosts decide entry, access and event eligibility.
