We approach suitable local contacts based on your brief, coordinate introductions and discuss the agenda, participants and access with the host. Each company visit depends on host acceptance; we confirm the host and visit scope before treating an appointment as booked.
Trade fairs and business logistics
We can help plan travel around the Canton Fair and other exhibitions, including airport transfers, local transport and interpretation needs. Tell us your venue and meeting schedule so that travel time is built into the plan. Official registration and entry requirements must be confirmed for your event.
Business and leisure together
Add private sightseeing, local food and cultural experiences around your meetings. Accompanying partners or family members can have a separate daytime program and join you afterward, subject to the agreed itinerary.
A clear proposal before arrangements
Share your industry, visit goals, preferred companies or events, cities, dates, group size and language needs. We discuss feasibility and provide a proposed itinerary, service scope and quote. We identify appointments still awaiting a host response and confirm booking and payment terms before proceeding.

We coordinate travel and visits; a meeting does not guarantee a commercial outcome. Technical verification, supplier due diligence, legal advice and visa decisions are outside the travel arrangements unless a separate qualified service is explicitly agreed. Entry eligibility depends on your passport, purpose and route.
