Information We Collect
When you send a trip inquiry, we collect your name, email, message, and any travel dates, group size, or interests you choose to share. Account and payment features may collect additional details when you use them. We also receive basic technical and usage information needed to operate the site.
How We Use Information
We use inquiry details to respond, discuss a proposed route, and keep a record of the conversation. We use account and payment details only for features you choose to use, and technical data to run and protect the site. Sending an inquiry does not create a booking.
Information Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Hosting, email, and other service providers process data needed to operate the site. If a proposed trip needs a local guide or travel partner, we share relevant planning details only as needed to discuss that arrangement with you.
Data Retention
We keep inquiry records while they are needed to respond and manage follow-up, and longer where required for legal or accounting purposes. You can request access or deletion using the contact address below, subject to any required retention.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and improve product performance. If live chat is enabled, the Tawk.to widget may also set cookies to operate the support conversation.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your region, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal information.
